In 2013 the German special fund “Catella Multitenant Stiftungsfonds“ was launched. The fund only invests in economically strong German cities (A- and B-locations). The investment spectrum covers office, retail, logistics and residential buildings. Complementary types of use like car parks or self storage are also possible.
