The open-ended real estate special fund “Panta Rhei Dutch Residential” is a product of Catella Real Estate AG in cooperation with Panta Rhei Partners B.V in accordance with German Investment Act (Kapitalanlagegesetzbuch).
As an experienced local partner in the Netherlands Panta Rhei Partners B.V. is the local advisor for acquisitions and asset management while Catella focuses on fund management as well as fund raising, accounting and fund administration.
The fund focuses on the residential segment and invests 100 % in the Netherlands. The investment concept can be classified as a “Core+”-product (in accordance with the INREV style classification). The fund optimizes the usage of the current window of opportunity by investing the next two to three years by using the extra liquidity provided by the social housing companies (SHC’s) and the new regulations. Its focus lies on regions with the best demographic trends and shortage expectations in order to create a diversified yield-optimized portfolio across regions and house types. Investors profit from investing in the Dutch private rental property market because of rising rental prices, appreciation in value and an attractive risk-return profile.
