In 2022, investments in residential real estate continued the positive trend and reached the record value of €2,250 million invested in GRT and PRS. The main players in this market were the funds, followed by promoters, Socimis and insurance companies. Madrid, together with Barcelona, concentrates 75% of the investments, although more and more assets are transacted in the rest of the country.
