Boulogne Billancourt: Catella Residential closes the sale of a building of 1,200 sq.m in Columbus

The promoter Columbus acquired an office building with an area of 1,200 sq.m, at 8 rue Escudier, Boulogne Billancourt (92).

This building will be turned into housing (17 units with 24 existing car parks). In this transaction, Catella Residential advised the seller, as part of a selling mandate.
