Located on the forecourt of La Défense (92) near the iconic towers Coeur Défense, Carpe Diem and Tour Blanche, Tour Europe was sold by KANAM GRUND.
Tour Europe, OECD's ex-headquarters, is one of the most recognizable towers of La Défense's market. It totals 29,736 sq.m. and has 118 parking spaces.
Tour Europe has undergone a major restructuring of 60 million euros and now has multiple environmental certifications (BBC HQE Renovation, HQE Exploitation "Excellent" BREEAM in use and "Very Good ").
The main tenant of the tower is Dalkia, a subsidiary of EDF, who installed there the headquarters of its Ile-de-France Regional Division, allowing it to be just 3 minutes walk from the EDF tower (PB6) and facing the ERDF's headquarters (Tour Blanche).
