Catella advised FinCap in the divestment of a care portfolio

The transaction consisted of five care properties of which two are located in Vaasa and the rest in Jyväskylä, Kouvola and Oulu.

Four of the properties were completed this year and one earlier. The total lettable area of the properties is over 4,500 sq.m.

All the properties have a long term rental contract with a major care service provider..

Catella acted as the financial advisor to FinCap throughout the sales process.
