Catella acted as the advisor to Lotta Svärd Foundation when the foundation sold a residential building and unused building right of approx. 2000 sq.m. to OP rental income special investment fund.
The transaction consisted of a residential building located in Maunula Helsinki that has a total of 44 residential apartments. The total lettable area of the property is approx. 2,650 sq.m.
