Marcela Galvis Restrepo will support Catella’s continued digital development and accelerate the practical use of data and AI across the Group. She will focus on translating business needs and emerging technologies into scalable solutions that support better decision-making and operational excellence.
Marcela joins Catella from PHM Group, where she served as Head of AI/BI Analytics Platform and led the development of a global data platform across five countries. Previously, she was an AI Project Manager and Data Scientist at DEAS-PHM Group, where she developed business intelligence and AI solutions in close collaboration with asset and property management teams.
Marcela holds a PhD and brings extensive experience in data science, analytics, machine learning and generative AI. She combines a strong technical background with experience in translating business needs into data-driven solutions.
