Catella Poland provides asset and property management services for the Mistral Offices office complex in Warsaw.
The installation of solar panels for the project was overseen by specialists from Catella. Since the installation in the spring of 2023, the solar panels on the building have been able to generate 34 kWp of electricity. The Mistral building complex is at Aleje Jerozolimskie 162 in Warsaw’s Ochota district and comprises a total of around 23,000 sqm of office space.
