Catella Poland is responsible for the asset and property management of the building at ul. Pereca 11 in Warsaw’s business centre.
The 9,500 sqm building is in Warsaw’s Wola district and has 193 rental apartments as well as retail space. It was built in 2018 by Matexi for the Bouwfonds European Residential fund, which has since been taken over by Catella. In 2022, the building at ul. Pereca 11 was purchases by a fund from Austria.
