Catella AM Iberia is a multi-asset class investment management platform with assets under management in Spain and Portugal of approx. 700 million AuM including project developments. From its
location in Madrid, we manage residential, office, student accommodation and retail for institutional clients and professional investors.

The Role:

• Gaining insight of the relevant markets and submarkets (rents evolution, transactions, vacancy, competition…)
• Track the market - deal closure tracking + market trends Track and update pipeline opportunities
• Actively participate in initial rapid appraisal of opportunities
• Participate in investment analysis, particularly market analysis and search for peers. Participate in the preparation of investment materials
• Prepare preliminary analysin terms of carbon emissions and energy efficiency of the opportunity and lead/coordinate with external advisors the preparation of related material for the investment.

Profile:

• Be in the final year of the degree with the possibility of signing an internship agreement with the university. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Real Estate or Engineering.
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong numerical ability, i.e. Excel (medium level)
• Interpersonal skills required for establishing and building and maintaining relationship with relevant parties (investors-clients, etc.).
  Strong organizational skills to effectively coordinate and manage multiple assignments, as well as prioritize tasks and efforts.
