Project Development Manager - Real Estate

Would you like to actively participate in the business development of the company with your technical expertise? Would you like to work closely with the investment and management teams? Would you like to work in an Investment Manager present in 13 European countries committed to decarbonisation, transformation and development of sustainable buildings? 

Evaluate and manage refurbishment and new construction projects within the framework of new investment opportunities and for the decarbonisation of the assets under management.


  • Technical-urban analysis of investment opportunities, supporting the investment team in the feasibility and cost projections of projects, helping to prepare project appraisals and approval documents.
  • Lead from the technical and sustainability side the negotiation and follow-up with promoters or builders of the specifications of the projects to be developed.
  • Delivery of projects on time, on budget and within specifications, meeting the highest standards of sustainability.
  • Managing the engagement of consultants and contractors, proactively leading with them on risks and resolving issues.
  • Lead from the technical side the management of asset under management reforms and their decarbonisation, working with the management team.
  • Preparation of project monitoring reports.



  • Product definition and characteristics. Feasibility.
  • Cost analysis and estimation.
  • Planning.
  • Contracting and management of contractors and consultants.
  • Licence management.
  • Invitations to tender and works awards
  • Control on single contractor or batch works
  • Management and control of economic works and planning
  • Quality management and control
  • Proposal and definition of the typology of installations appropriate to the product.
  • Coordination for obtaining environmental certifications
  • Settlement of works and control of guarantees
  • Receipt of papers
  • Project handover to operators, tenants and investors


  • At least 8 years experience in management of singular projects in different sectors.
  • Degree/graduate in engineering, or technical architecture / higher education,
  • Languages: Spanish and advanced English.
  • Experience in environmental certifications.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Office package: Excel and Power Point.
  • Entrepreneurial, with initiative and the ability to manage external teams.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Flexibility and adaptation to change.
