City Park is a 300K sq ft multi-let office building on the fringe of Glasgow City Centre. Catella APAM were instructed in 2011 and instigated a revised asset and marketing strategy for the property including a full refurbishment of the building. Catella APAM significantly increased NOI from a negative to a positive +£3.5M and letting over 250K sq ft of office accommodation. Catella APAM provided asset management, property management as well as corporate services and sold City Park in 2018 for £42M, c. £30M in excess of original valuation.
