Catella has advised Greystar (International) on the acquisition of a portfolio of three student residences from Merkel Asset Management. The assets, located in Sabadell, Pamplona and Seville, comprise more than 1,200 beds, strengthening Greystar's presence in the PBSA market in Spain. Merkel Capital, the developer of the portfolio, continues to consolidate its position as a major player with a strategic vision in the student accommodation segment.
