Hansainvest Real Assets sells retail property in Borås

HANSAINVEST Real Assets has on behalf of SVI-Fonds, a German open-end special real estate investment fund, sold a retail warehouse property in Borås.

The property Evedal 1 is located in Knalleland in central Borås, Sweden. Anchor tenants are Elgiganten, McDonalds and Sportshopen. Total lettable area is 5,180 sq.m.

"Our transaction team has successfully divested the property, that is the funds only asset in Sweden, to a local investor. We will continue to follow the Swedish market and is looking for investment opportunities to reenter the Swedish market" states Dr. Nikolai Mader, Head of Investment Management at HANSAINVEST Real Assets.
