Having previously created several professional funds (Résicore, Axipit Home Value 1 and 2), Axipit Real Estate Partners, a subsidiary of the Aquila Asset Management group, has launched its very first SCPI, Upêka — a so-called "diversified" vehicle that will operate across the eurozone and targets a distribution yield in excess of 5.5%.

As a reminder, Catella recently acquired 60% of the shares of Aquila Asset Management SAS for a purchase price of approximately €9.6 million.
