Following the arrival of Morning across 2,700 sqm last October, Tour Légende (formerly PB6), managed by BauMont Real Estate and Aquila Asset Management, has attracted a new tenant. A Paris-based company specializing in collaborative supply chain has taken a lease on 1,500 sqm within this La Défense tower, with its teams set to move in from December 2024.
Drawn to this building designed by Ieoh Ming Pei, the American architect renowned for the Louvre Pyramid, the new tenant is the third company to take up space in this 60,000 sqm tower since the delivery of its newly renovated areas. The building's occupancy rate, which underwent a renovation project led by architecture firm BSTLL, now stands at 56%. Approximately 25,000 sqm of renovated space remains available to let.
In connection with this transaction, the Paris-based collaborative supply chain company was advised by Savills, and the landlord by JLL.
