Aquila AM welcomes Guillaume Riquier as Head of Asset Management

As part of its growth strategy, Aquila Asset Management announces the recruitment of Guillaume Riquier to the position of Head of Asset Management. He will be directly responsible for the asset management of a portfolio currently valued at €1.2 billion and will oversee a team of five employees.

Guillaume Riquier brings nearly 15 years of experience in real estate asset management. He began his career at CBRE Capital Markets as a financial analyst before joining the Altarea group as an office asset manager on behalf of the Cogedim Office Partners fund. He subsequently became Deputy Head and then Head of Asset Management for Altarea's tertiary portfolio, including the Altafund fund. He has extensive knowledge of the office market and well-established expertise in the asset management of large-scale commercial operations. He holds degrees from Université Paris Dauphine and the London School of Economics.
