AXIPIT REAL ESTATE PARTNERS acquires 20 Rue Vivienne

AXIPIT REAL ESTATE PARTNERS continues to actively pursue its value-add investment strategy in prime Paris locations with the acquisition of an office building in the heart of the Central Business District from a French insurance company for a purchase price exceeding €45 million.

Completed on behalf of the Axipit Global Value fund, the transaction concerns a 17th-century townhouse used as office premises, located at 20 Rue Vivienne (Paris 2nd arrondissement). The property comprises more than 3,000 sqm and is currently vacant.

The asset management of the property has been entrusted to CATELLA AQUILA INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT FRANCE, which will support the purchaser in delivering a comprehensive refurbishment programme. The objective is to reposition the asset within the prime segment of the Paris office leasing market while meeting today’s standards for occupier quality and environmental performance.

AXIPIT REAL ESTATE PARTNERS was advised by CATELLA AQUILA IM and the notary office ALLEZ & ASSOCIÉS. The transaction was financed by Caisse d’Epargne Hauts de France.
