Guillaume Riquier becomes Chief Executive Officer of Axipit REP

In parallel, Nicolas Marcellin has been promoted to Head of Asset Management of Catella Aquila Investment Management France

Axipit Real Estate Partners (REP), a subsidiary of Catella Aquila Investment Management France (CAIMF) and an AMF-approved management company, has appointed Guillaume Riquier as Chief Executive Officer. He previously held the position of Managing Director since January 2025, and Head of Asset Management since 2021 at CAIMF.

Guillaume Riquier, who brings over 18 years of experience in real estate asset management, now takes on the role of Chief Executive Officer of Axipit REP alongside Jean-François Charrier, who retains responsibility for the commercial development of the firm's investment vehicles.

With this appointment, Axipit REP intends to consolidate its positioning in the pan-European real estate market, notably through the development of its SCPI Upêka. It also marks a new phase of growth initiated since CAIMF's tie-up with Swedish group Catella AB in 2023, which "provides Axipit REP with the support of a powerful pan-European network," the management company noted.

"I am honoured to join the executive management of Axipit alongside Jean-François Charrier, and fully committed to accelerating the growth trajectory that has been underway since 2021," said Guillaume Riquier. "We will continue to design high-performing, sustainable investment solutions aligned with the expectations of our clients, both retail and institutional."

A promotion at CAIMF

In parallel, Nicolas Marcellin has been promoted to Head of Asset Management at CAIMF, having previously served as Asset Manager. With the firm since 2017, he has successively held the roles of financial analyst and then asset manager.

"We have complete confidence in Guillaume's ability to drive the growth of Axipit REP, just as we do in Nicolas's ability to continue developing CAIMF's asset management business," said Gilles Barbieri and Jean-Marc Sabiani, Managing Partners and co-founders of CAIMF. "Both have embodied, for several years, the values of commitment, rigour, and innovation that underpin our culture. Their professionalism and consistent dedication make them natural pillars of this new organisation."
