The SCPI Upêka is strengthening its European presence with a first acquisition in Ireland, in the Greater Dublin area.
The sale-and-leaseback transaction involves a childcare facility asset with a total area of approximately 450 sqm. The asset has been leased on a firm 10-year term to a well-established childcare operator in Ireland. The acquired asset includes the nursery premises, outdoor play areas, and 6 parking spaces.
The net initial yield is 7.61%.
