Catella establishes Catella Logistic Europe – a new development service company in France

The logistic sector is developing fast and the requirements of tenants are increasing rapidly. The tenants look for modern, cost efficient and technically high class spaces which supply of the older property stock does not fullfill. Also the whole logistic value chain is under change due to rapid evolution of the e-commerce.

“Establishing the Catella Logistic Europe (CLE) is a logical step in Catella’s strategy as we already have good experience in early phase development business in Germany and Denmark in residential and commercial property segments. Building a strong dedicated team for this segment is the key driver for success. It is great to team up with Thierry Bruneau who brings us an unique sector competence in this field. CLE will have an experienced team with long and successful track record in logistic development segment. Thierry Bruneau has an extensive career in both logistic operations and property development service businesses. Mr Bruneau is moving to his new position from Concerto, the logistic development arm of a listed French developer Kaufman & Broad. Mr Bruneau is also chairman of the the French Logistics Association and has more than 30 years experience in logistic business development in Europe and US. Real estate, process automation and turn key projects.
