Built in 2007 by ICADE and entirely renovated in 2018, the asset develops a surface of 29,045 sq.m, offering a wide range of quality services and benefiting from several environmental certifications (NF HQE Bâtiment Tertiaire en Exploitation, HQE Bâtiment Durable Très Bon, HQE Gestion Durable Excellent and BREEAM Very Good).
Previously the headquarters of ICADE, the building is fully leased to ODDO BHF and BNP PARIBAS, a user historically established in this sector through various locations.
