Paref Gestion has acquired the regional headquarters of RTE in Toulouse.
Paref Gestion has completed the acquisition from Aéma REIM, acting on behalf of Macif, of the regional headquarters of RTE (8,900 sq.m) in Toulouse, on behalf of the SCPI Interpierre France.
A €30 million financing line was secured from Arkéa Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels and the Crédit Agricole Mutuel regional fund for Paris and the Île-de-France region to finance this transaction as well as the SCPI's next acquisitions in the coming months.
The SCPI's first freehold investment in Toulouse, this office building has a lettable area of 8,900 sqm and 200 underground parking spaces and is located near the Cartoucherie eco-district. RTE has been the sole occupier of the building - which is BBC and HQE certified - since its completion in 2014, and has renewed its lease for a further six years.
