Catella has advised the Fiteni Group in the lease of an office building (Fiteni V) to Natura Beauty in the Avenida del Doctor Severo Ochoa, 25 (Alcobendas). The property, built in 2001, has 3,623 sqm and has 5 floors above ground level (ground + 4) and two floors below ground level dedicated to parking and electrical installations (basement -1) and archive and storage (basement -2)
The asset is located a few minutes’ walk from the “Cercanías de Valdelasfuentes” station and very close to several bus stops with lines in the direction of Plaza de Castilla. By road you have easy access to the A-1 motorway and the Fuencarral highway.
The Fiteni Group has been dedicated to real estate development since 1957. Its activity is based on a land acquisition policy and subsequent urban management. Catella has also advised the Fiteni Group on other occasions such as, for example, in the lease operation to Glue Concept (coworking company) of the building located at López de Hoyos Street, 42 in Madrid.
Natura Beauty, a company dedicated to aesthetics, spa and wellness, will use the building in a mixed way. On the one hand, it will be the headquarters of the company, with its offices, and on the other, they will use much of the space of the property in their own business activities (aesthetics, spa, hairdressing, medical-aesthetic services. The ground floor will be dedicated to the food and beverage with chill-out area for members and the first two floors for gym.
