Catella Strengthens its French Retail Platform with Hire of Alexandre Boucly as Head of Retail of Catella Property

Alexandre Boucly brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a strong track record in retail investment and leasing—particularly in high street assets, shopping centres, and retail parks. He began his career at Savills, where he held various senior roles, including Co-Head of the Retail department (leasing and investment) and member of the French Executive Committee. In 2005, he was instrumental in launching Savills' retail investment activity in France. In 2022, he co-founded the French arm of Avison Young, serving as Managing Director until mid-2024.
 
At Catella, Alexandre Boucly will work closely with the Capital Markets teams and regional offices in Nantes, Lille, Lyon, and Aix/Marseille to further develop the firm’s retail platform.
