Eduardo Guardiola new Managing Partner of Catella Asset Management Iberia

The appointment of Eduardo Guardiola to head Catella AM's business in Spain and Portugal maintains the company's commitment to its current team, highlighting its strength.

Eduardo Guardiola, local partner of the company since its creation in 2015, has contributed to the growth of the company and the Group's business in the Living sector in Spain and Portugal. Prior to joining Catella AM Iberia, Eduardo held the position of Director of Real Estate at PwC and previously at Bouygues Inmobiliaria and Decathlon. Eduardo holds a Law degree from Complutense University of Madrid and an Executive MBA from IE Business School.

Eduardo Guardiola has assessed this new stage positively and comments “I am very excited to become Managing Partner of Catella AM Iberia and grateful to Javier Hortelano for his great contribution to the growth of the company. Javier Hortelano, Managing Partner of Catella AM Iberia until now, will remain with the company as Senior Advisor. In his new position, Javier Hortelano will bring to the firm his extensive experience and knowledge of the real estate sector.
