Fredrik Sauter has been appointed CEO of Banque Invik, Luxembourg, a wholly owned subsidiary of Scribona AB under name change to Catella AB. Fredrik Sauter, who is 41 years old, was most recently CEO of Skandiabanken and held prior executive positions at Danske Bank's Swedish business.
As a result of Scribonas acquisition of the Catella-group a major financial group is under construction, active in financial advisory and asset management. The recruitment of Fredrik Sauter is a part of this process and the first step of the revival of Banque Invik in the Nordic market.

At the Extraordinary General Meeting, October 15th, 2010, Scribona AB will change the name to Catella AB.
