Thomas Raber becomes new non-executive director on the Board of Catella Fondförvaltning AB

Thomas Raber was born in 1960 and works in London as the Managing Director and founder of Alvine Capital Management Ltd. Thomas holds a BA in economics from Boston University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He has worked in the financial services industry since 1983 and his career has spanned positions in Lehman Brothers in London, Credit Suisse First Boston in both London and New York, Banque Nationale de Paris in London and Key Asset Management (UK) Limited in London where he was Managing Director from 1997 – 2005.

“Thomas Raber’s solid experience of the industry, his skills and many years of experience will be of great benefit to Catella. We are delighted that he has joined the Board of Directors of Catella Fondförvaltning,” says Johan Ericsson, Chairman of the Board.

In addition, the Annual General Meeting elected Fredrik Sauter, Managing Director of Catella Förmögenhetsförvaltning AB, and Johan Nordenfalk, Chief Legal Officer of Catella AB, to the Board of Directors. Board member Ando Wikström, CFO of Catella AB, declined re-election and stepped down from the Board of Directors.
