Catella strengthens its European capital raising platform with the appointment of Herbert Mirbeth as Director Group Capital Raising Strategy & Partnerships

Herbert Mirbert brings extensive experience from the real estate industry, most recently serving as Director Institutional Clients DACH at Patrizia AG. He has a strong track record advising institutional investors across the DACH region, with expertise spanning real estate and infrastructure across equity, debt, and listed markets. Previously, he held senior roles at KG Allgemeine Leasing GmbH & Co. and Real I.S. Group.

In the position as Director Group Capital Raising Strategy & Partnerships, Herbert will play a central role in shaping and elevating Catella’s institutional investor communication, engagement, and relationship management across Europe. A core focus of his mandate is to strengthen the quality, consistency, and strategic alignment of Catella’s messaging to investors, ensuring a seamless experience across markets and touchpoints.

Herbert Mirbeth will be responsible for supporting a harmonized investor communication framework that ensures clear and consistent messaging across jurisdictions, while also enhancing cross-border investor relations by aligning local and Group-level engagement activities. He will contribute to the coverage of key institutional investors, leveraging his established network, and work to strengthen collaboration across the group to ensure a cohesive and transparent investor dialogue.
