By way of a Forward Funding, KIB Group has sold the office development "FrankenCampus 146“ with approx. 14,500 m² rental area to Wealthcap.
The future tenant SDV-IT Sparda-Datenverarbeitung eG, the IT service provider of the Sparda banks, will relocate its headquarters in Nuremberg to the new building in Frankenstraße 146 at the beginning of 2019.
The structured sales process was implemented by Catella Property.
FrankenCampus is a project developed by KIB Group. It’s about the former administration site of MAN.
